UNION SECURITY AND DEDUCTION OF UNION DUES. 1. All employees who are presently working under this Agreement shall not be required to become members of the Union, and all new employees hired during the term of this Agreement shall not be required to become members of the Union.

UNION SECURITY AND DEDUCTION OF UNION DUES. 1. 3.1 All employees who are presently working under this Agreement agreement shall not be required to become members of the Union, and all new employees hired during the term of this Agreement agreement shall not be required to become members of the Union, but shall make payments to the Union in the same manner as Union members and shall do the above as a condition of employment. These provisions do not apply to temporary employees.
