Union Member Orientation. The Employer agrees to designate up to fifteen (15) minutes for a Union Representative to have the opportunity to meet with new Bargaining Unit employees during the Employer’s new orientation meeting. The Union Representative orientation time shall be scheduled ten (10) minutes prior to the start of the lunch time. The Union Representative shall be entitled to be absent from work for the purpose of attending the orientation meeting without loss of pay or credits. Time off will be invoiced directly to the Liquor Board Employees’ Division of OPSEU as per the terms of Article 1.5 (b)
