Union meetings on Board premises. The Board agrees to allow the Union to hold its regularly scheduled monthly meetings on Library premises at no cost; and provided such space is available and it is used by the Union at no cost to the Board. Any concerns arising out of the utilization of Board premises may be raised by either party during the life of the Collective Agreement and shall be resolved by the parties.
