Union Assistance. An employee shall have a Xxxxxxx present when subject to reprimand requiring written documentation of any form or more serious discipline. Should the employee choose, the Xxxxxxx shall leave the meeting. Copies of all formal discipline letters shall be provided to the Union within five (5) days.
