Common use of Unemployment Benefits Clause in Contracts

Unemployment Benefits. The Company will not contest Employee’s application for unemployment insurance benefits, if any, as a result of this Agreement. If requested by the appropriate agency, the Company will respond that the Employee’s employment ended due to a reorganization. The Company does not admit or deny, by so doing, that Employee had a right to receive unemployment insurance benefits.
