Unauthorised Transactions - Fiat Wallet. If an Unauthorised Transaction occurs in your Fiat Wallet as a result of our failure, we will refund you the amount of that transaction by no later than the end of the next Business Day after becoming aware of the Unauthorised Transaction and restore your Fiat Wallet to the state it would have been in had the Unauthorised Transaction not taken place. Generally, you will not be liable for losses incurred after you have notified us of the Unauthorised Transaction or if we have failed at any time to provide you with the means for notifying us. Where there is a dispute between us and you regarding whether or not a transaction is an Unauthorised Transaction, we may (but are not obliged to) temporarily credit your Fiat Wallet whilst we settle the dispute. Where we determine that the transaction was authorised, we may reverse that credit and correct errors made in any statement of Fiat Wallet without prior notice to you, although please note that during this period your Fiat Wallet may be temporarily locked to avoid further Unauthorised Transactions. You will also be liable to us (as a debt) for any Fiat you have transferred which was temporarily credited to your Fiat Wallet.

  • Unauthorised Transactions As between you and Stripe, you are responsible for Card Transactions, and fees and penalties Stripe incurs resulting from any Card Authorised User’s failure to (a) exercise reasonable care in safeguarding Cards from loss or theft; or (b) promptly report loss or theft, including fraud. Additionally, to the extent Law permits, if you or a Card Authorised User allows another party to use the Card or Card Account Data for any purpose or if an unauthorised person uses a Card or Card Account Data, you will be liable for that use, including all losses, damages and costs arising out of or relating to that use. To the extent Law permits, Stripe is not liable for any losses, damages or costs to you or your Card Authorised Users arising out of or relating to (y) unauthorised access to or use of a Card or your Stripe Issuing Account; or (z) your failure to use or implement anti-fraud measures, security controls or any other data security measures.

  • Unauthorised disclosure For the avoidance of doubt, a party will be responsible for any unauthorised disclosure of Confidential Information made by that party’s employees, directors, agents or advisors and by a bona fide potential purchaser to whom Confidential Information has been disclosed by that party under clause 22.2(f).

  • Reporting Unauthorized Transactions You should notify us immediately if you believe your Access Codes or any Access Devices have been lost or stolen, that someone has gained access to the Security Procedure, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your Account without your permission or if you suspect any fraudulent activity on your Account. To notify us, call us at the number provided in Section 9.6 between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time during a Business Day.

  • Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution.   • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.
