Refund Rights. If an unauthorised transaction occurs, we will refund you the amount of that transaction within one business day and restore your Wallet to the state it would have been in had the unauthorised transaction not taken place. Generally, you will not be liable for losses incurred after you have notified us of the unauthorised use of your Wallet or if we have failed at any time to provide you with the means for notifying us; however:If you are fraudulent or you intentionally or negligently fail to carry out your obligations under this Agreement, you will be liable for all resultant losses incurred by you or xx.Xxx will be liable for the first EUR 50 of any losses you incur in respect of an unauthorised transaction which arises from the use of a lost or stolen credentials. Where there is a dispute between us and you regarding an unauthorised transaction, we may temporarily credit your Wallet whilst we settle the dispute. Where we determine that the transaction was authorised, we may reverse that credit and correct errors made in any statement of Wallet without prior notice to you. Where a transaction is made incorrectly (e.g. through our error) we shall refund to you the amount of that transaction without undue delay and restore your Wallet to the state in which it would have been had the transaction not have taken place, although we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice where possible. We will also pay any charges for which we are responsible, and for any interest which you can show that you have had to pay as a consequence of any incorrect or incomplete transaction. Irrespective of our liability, on your request, we shall try to trace any incorrect or incomplete transaction initiated by you free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to trace such transactions.
Refund Rights. 7.1 If an Unauthorised Transaction occurs as a result of our failure, we will refund you the amount of that transaction by no later than the end of the next business day after becoming aware of the Unauthorised Transaction and restore your E-Money Wallet to the state it would have been in had the Unauthorised Transaction not taken place. Generally, you will not be liable for losses incurred after you have notified us of the Unauthorised Transaction or if we have failed at any time to provide you with the means for notifying us.
Refund Rights. If there has been no interment in the Church Columbarium after passage of one full year from the date of death of the Buyer and the Alternate, and if no person has been designated for interment in the Church Columbarium, the Church may, but shall not be required to, refund the deposit of the Buyer. Likewise, upon a written request by a Buyer or his/her Alternate, the Church may refund the deposit of the unused place in the Church Columbarium.
Refund Rights. You may cancel your fixed-term prepaid Service Plan within the first thirty (30) days of the start date of the initial prepaid Service Plan or any Renewal Service Period for a full refund for that initial or Renewal Service Period, respectively. After the first thirty (30) days or for a monthly billing subscription plan, if you cancel your prepaid Service Plan prior to its expiration, you will receive a refund of amounts you paid directly, if any, on a pro-rata basis, less any applicable fees, unless provided otherwise in any offer for the Service Plan that you accept. We will refund to you on a pro-rata basis any service fees prepaid by you (excluding any amounts included in the purchase or lease price of your Vehicle) for any days remaining in the Service Period or Renewal Service Period, which follow the first of the date (i) you called to request cancellation, (ii) our receipt of written proof of a Vehicle Disposal Event concerning your Vehicle, after the date of occurrence of such event, or (iii) your Vehicle is removed completely from the Canada NissanConnect Portal. Fees attributable to certain promotional offerings or Services received during demonstration or trial subscription periods may not be refunded. In the event of a Vehicle Disposal Event that pre-dates the effective date of your cancellation, you may apply for a refund adjustment. You will be asked to provide written proof of the sale, lease expiration or destruction of your Vehicle. Our decision to apply a refund adjustment is entirely up to us, and if approved, we will apply the adjustment amount to the valid payment card account you have on file with us. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT WE CEASE PROVIDING NISSANCONNECT SERVICES, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF A LIQUIDATION, BANKRUPTCY, OR OTHERWISE, ALL PREPAID SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL BE TREATED AS NONREFUNDABLE.

If you are resident in the European Union: Subject to the terms of any applicable device/platform via which you access Gwent: you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of Gwent, Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason. You hereby expressly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of our service has begun and your account is provided with access to the Virtual Goods and/or Virtual Currency. You agree that the supply of Virtual Goods and/or Virtual Currency and the performance of services begins immediately after you complete your purchase. Therefore, once access to the Virtual Goods and/or Virtual Currency has been enabled on your account, the contract has been fully performed by us. If you are resident elsewhere in the world outside the European Union (including the USA): Subject to the terms of any applicable device/platform via which you access Gwent: all purchases are final and no refunds will be made or returns accepted.

If you cancel your pre-paid Service Plan prior to its expiration, you may receive a refund of amounts you directly paid in advance, unless provided otherwise in any offer for the Service Plan you accepted. We will refund to you on a pro-rata basis fees prepaid by you for the Services for remaining portions of the pre-paid Service Plan, (i) after the date you request cancellation, or (ii) upon providing written proof of your Vehicle Disposal Event, after the date of occurrence of such event. Fees for Services received during trial or in conjunction with promotional offerings may not be refunded.

Although very shiny and valuable in-game, none of these things have a “real world” monetary value – please do not try to buy or sell this stuff to other players! There are a number of rules regarding virtual items/currency use, which we are required to have for our protection and for yours (see opposite).

Neither this nor any other part of this User Agreement affects your statutory rights. In other words, your local laws, such as acts on protection of consumer rights, may provide you with additional rights that cannot be limited or waived by this User Agreement. In particular:
Refund Rights. The Astarte Stockholders shall be entitled to any refund of Taxes with respect to Pre-Closing Tax Periods. For purposes of the preceding sentence and Section 10.2(a)(iii), in the case of any Tax imposed on a periodic basis for any Taxable period that includes (but does not begin on) the Closing Date, the portion of Taxes which relate to the portion of such Taxable period ending on or before the Closing Date shall (a) in the case of any Taxes other than Income Taxes, be deemed to be the amount of such Tax for the entire Taxable period multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in the Taxable period before the Closing Date and the denominator of which is the number of days in the entire taxable period; and (b) in the case of any Income Tax, be deemed equal to the amount which would be payable if the relevant Taxable period closed on the date immediately before the Closing Date.
