U S E O F P R E M I S E S. 6.1 Space ACC shall provide office and storage space in the ACC facility for Selected Provider’s use during the term of the proposed agreement (the “Assigned Premises”). Selected Provider shall have the right to occupy the Assigned Premises solely in connection with providing the services, and for such other business as is necessary and incidental thereto. An office space will be located in the Main Lobby, adjacent to the ACC’s Business Center and a secondary space, intended for storage shall be made available in Hall E. The office space consists of a carpeted room, approximately 224 square feet, the east wall is glass front and remaining walls are drywall. The office contains the standard power, telephone, and data outlets. The Selected Provider shall be responsible for the cost of any further improvements desired in the area, including installation of all necessary cabinets, furniture, fixtures, equipment and any additional power, air-conditioning, telephone and data outlets. The approximate amount of storage area proposed in Hall E will be 2,000 square feet and the Selected Provider will be responsible for all costs and materials required to secure the area. Selected Provider shall not use the premises for any purpose outside the scope of the Agreement.
