Common use of Tuesday to Saturday Clause in Contracts

Tuesday to Saturday. The graveyard shift shall be any eight (8) consecutive hours from 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., Wednesday to Sunday. The Employer shall provide forty- eight (48) hours’ notice of a change in an employee’s daily hours. An employee may agree to waive this notice period however, should the employee not waive the notice period then the Overtime provisions of Article 15.01 shall apply. The employees rotate between afternoon and graveyard shifts weekly. The Employer must provide the employees with two weeks’ notice of changes to the frequency of the rotation.
