Treatment of Settlement Fund if Settlement Terminated. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, in the event the Settlement is terminated for any reason, then within ten (10) business days after the Parties have provided the Court with notice that they are invoking this Section 6.2, the Escrow Agent shall return the Settlement Fund (including accrued interest), less expenses and any costs which have either been disbursed or incurred, including Taxes and Tax Expenses, to Facebook pursuant to written instructions from Facebook’s Counsel.
