The Settlement Fund definition

Examples of The Settlement Fund in a sentence

  • The Settlement Fund shall be comprised of an Abatement Accounts Fund, a State Fund, and a Subdivision Fund for each Settling State.

  • The Settlement Fund shall be used to pay: (a) any Taxes; (b) any Notice and Administration Costs; (c) any Litigation Expenses awarded by the Court; (d) any attorneys’ fees awarded by the Court; and (e) any other costs and fees approved by the Court.

  • The Settlement Fund shall be allocated and used only as specified in Section V.

  • The Settlement Fund Administrator shall provide quarterly reports of this information to the parties organized by Settling State.
