The Settlement Fund shall be comprised of an Abatement Accounts Fund, a State Fund, and a Subdivision Fund for each Settling State.
The Settlement Fund shall be used to pay: (a) any Taxes; (b) any Notice and Administration Costs; (c) any Litigation Expenses awarded by the Court; (d) any attorneys’ fees awarded by the Court; and (e) any other costs and fees approved by the Court.
The Settlement Fund shall be allocated and used only as specified in Section V.
The Settlement Fund Administrator shall provide quarterly reports of this information to the parties organized by Settling State.
