Treatment of Employee Upon Return from Leave. 36.4.1 Upon completion of the leave the employee shall have the right to contribute to the pension plan the amount that would have been contributed if he/she had remained on payroll at full (i.e., 100%) base earnings during the leave and if such contribution is made the period of time on leave shall be included in calculating his/her continuous employment or established service, as the case may be.
