Travelling Expense Moving to New Location. The Employer shall reimburse the employee for travel expenses incurred during the relocation for the employee and dependants, for the actual travel time, plus accommodation and meals up to seven (7) days at the new location, where the employee is unable to move into their new accommodation; such expense allowances to be in accordance with current regulations. Meals: Adults - full rate Children 12 and under - one-half (½) rate. Motel or Hotel - on production of receipts. Private lodging at old or new location at current rate.

  • Moving Expenses Reimbursements and procedures will be in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services, Chief Human Resource Office Policy 40.055.10, and its successors. Changes in this policy will be automatically incorporated into this contract Article.

  • Travelling Expenses Without limiting the generality of the clause, travelling expenses shall be:

  • Relocation Expenses 19841 Provides relocation expenses for involuntary transfer or promotion requiring a change in residence.

  • Relocation Costs If relocation occurs after the Commencement Date, then Landlord shall pay Tenant's reasonable third-party costs of moving Tenant's furnishings, telephone and computer wiring, and other property to the Substitute Premises, and reasonable printing costs associated with the change of address.

  • Living Expenses 13. You will normally live in Oxford while you are a Matriculated Non-Award Student and will need to pay for your living costs such as food, accommodation, and personal items, unless this is being covered by your home institution.

  • Temporary Living Expenses An employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for meals and lodging for up to twenty (20) working days, as provided by procedures of the Department of Administrative Services, following a transfer initiated by the Employer.

  • Closing Expenses Seller shall pay for the preparation of the Special Warranty Deed, such deed to substantially conform to the provisions of the deed attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated by this reference herein. Seller shall provide and pay for all other documents necessary to perform Seller's obligations under this Contract, its attorney’s fees and for the "Grantor’s Tax".   • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Travel Expenses CONTRACTOR shall not be allowed or paid travel expenses unless set forth in this Agreement.
