TRAVEL/RELOCATION. The Employer does not expect the Executive to relocate to the Castle Rock, CO area in the near term and will, to the extent consistent with applicable tax law, pay for lodging and travel costs for the Executive for travel associated with the Executive’s position with the Company. Domestic air travel shall be reimbursed at economy fare and international travel at business class fare.

TRAVEL/RELOCATION. Raza shall not be required to travel in connection with his employment hereunder to any extent materially greater than the normal and customary travel incurred by him with the Subsidiary during the one (1) year period of time immediately prior to the Effective Date. The Company shall not relocate the Company's offices at which Raza is principally employed to a location more than 25 miles from the Subsidiary's offices in North Andover, Massachusetts and the Company shall not require Raza to be based anywhere other than the Subsidiary's offices at such location.

  • Relocation World Omni shall give WOAR at least 60 days’ prior written notice of any relocation of its principal executive office or jurisdiction of formation if, as a result of such relocation, the applicable provisions of the UCC would require the filing of any amendment of any previously filed financing or continuation statement or of any new financing statement and shall promptly file any such amendment or new financing statement.

  • Relocation Reimbursement In the event the Company changes the principal place of business at which the Executive performs his duties to a location that is outside of a 50 mile radius of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable relocation expenses, including but not limited to, temporary housing for the Executive and his family.

  • Employment Location The Company or an Affiliate requiring the Executive to be based at any location that is more than fifty (50) miles from the location at which the Executive is based immediately prior to the CIC Date.

  • Relocation Assistance Should the Executive move his residence in order to pursue other business opportunities within two (2) years of his Separation from Service, he will be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in that relocation (including taxes payable on the reimbursement) which are not reimbursed by another employer.   • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • Relocation Allowance Executive shall be entitled to certain relocation allowances as may be negotiated by the Company relative to his relocation for the position in this Agreement and in the event his primary place of business is subsequently moved in excess of 50 miles from its present location.
