Transfers Outside the Bargaining Unit. (b) Employees shall not be transferred to positions outside the bargaining unit without their consent. If employees are transferred to positions outside of the bargaining unit, they shall retain their seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority.
