Common use of Transfer Rights and Separation Clause in Contracts

If any employee is transferred to another County Department outside of the jurisdiction of this bargaining unit, all vacation credits the employee may have accumulated under the provisions of this Agreement shall be transferred with him/her to his/her new job, to the maximum permitted for that job.
