Transfer and Exchange of Certificated Notes for Certificated Notes. Upon request by a Holder of Certificated Notes and such Holder’s compliance with the provisions of this Section 2.06(e), the Registrar shall register the transfer or exchange of Certificated Notes. Prior to such registration of transfer or exchange, the requesting Holder shall present or surrender to the Registrar the Certificated Notes duly endorsed or accompanied by a written instruction of transfer in form satisfactory to the Registrar duly executed by such Holder or by his attorney, duly authorized in writing. In addition, the requesting Holder shall provide any additional certifications, documents and information, as applicable, pursuant to the provisions of this Section 2.06(e).
Transfer and Exchange of Certificated Notes for Certificated Notes. A Holder of Certificated Notes may transfer such Certificated Notes to a person who takes delivery thereof in the form of a Certificated Note. Upon request by a Holder of Certificated Notes and such Holder’s compliance with the provisions of this Section 4.01(e), the Registrar shall register the transfer or exchange of Certificated Notes. Prior to such registration of transfer or exchange, the requesting Holder must present or surrender to the Registrar the Certificated Notes duly endorsed or accompanied by a written instruction of transfer in form satisfactory to the Registrar duly executed by such Holder or by its attorney, duly authorized in writing. Upon receipt of a request to register such a transfer, the Registrar shall register the Certificated Notes pursuant to the instructions from the Holder thereof.

In addition, the requesting Holder shall provide any additional certifications, documents and information, as applicable, pursuant to the provisions of this Section 3.06(e). A Holder of Certificated Notes may transfer such Notes to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of a Certificated Note. Upon receipt of a request for such a transfer, the Registrar shall register the Certificated Notes pursuant to the instructions from the Holder thereof.
Transfer and Exchange of Certificated Notes for Certificated Notes. Upon request by a Holder of Certificated Notes and such Holder's compliance with the provisions of this Section 2.6(e), the Registrar shall register the transfer or exchange of Certificated Notes. Prior to such registration of transfer or exchange, the requesting Holder shall present or surrender to the Registrar the Certificated Notes duly endorsed or accompanied by a written instruction of transfer in form satisfactory to the Registrar duly executed by such Holder or by its attorney, duly authorized in writing. Upon receipt of a request to register such a transfer or exchange, the Registrar shall register the Certificated Notes pursuant to the instructions from the Holder thereof. All Certificated Notes issued in connection with a transfer or exchange pursuant to this Section 2.6(e) shall be issued without the legend referred to in Section 6(f)(ii) if registration under the Securities Act of the distribution of the Notes from the Liquidation Trust to the beneficiaries of the Liquidation Trust has occurred.

In addition, the requxxxxxx Holder shall provide any additional certifications, documents and information, as applicable, pursuant to the provisions of this Section 2.06(e) and Section 2.06(f), if applicable.

Upon the occurrence of any of the events in clauses (1), (2) or (3) of Section 2.06(a) hereof, then, upon request by a Holder of Certificated Notes and such Holder’s compliance with the provisions of this Section 2.06(e), the Registrar will register the transfer or exchange of Certificated Notes. Prior to such registration of transfer or exchange, the requesting Holder must present or surrender to the Registrar the Certificated Notes duly endorsed or accompanied by a written instruction of transfer in form satisfactory to the Registrar duly executed by such Holder or by its attorney, duly authorized in writing. In addition, the requesting Holder must provide any additional certifications, documents and information, as applicable, required pursuant to the following provisions of this Section 2.06(e).
