Common use of TRAINING, SCHOLARSHIP AND SAFETY FUND Clause in Contracts

TRAINING, SCHOLARSHIP AND SAFETY FUND. The Employer agrees to make contributions to a training and scholarship trust fund known as the “Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Training, Scholarship and Safety Fund” (“Training Fund”) to cover employees covered by this Agreement who work more than two (2) days per week, with such benefits as may be determined by the Trustees. The Employer rate of contribution to the Training Fund shall continue to be $169.60 per year for each covered employee, payable when and how the Trustees determine.
