TO THE DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM. SECURITY MEASURES Sightengine implements and maintains Security Measures at all levels of the organization and at all steps of its operations. Sightengine may update or modify the Security Measures from time to time provided that such updates and modifications do not result in the degradation of the overall security of the Services. These Security Measures are in effect on the DPA Effective Date. Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined have the meaning given to them in the DPA.

  • Data Processing Agreement The Data Processing Agreement, including the Approved Data Transfer Mechanisms (as defined in the Data Processing Agreement) that apply to your use of the Services and transfer of Personal Data, is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. Each party will comply with the terms of the Data Processing Agreement and will train its employees on DP Law.

  • Data Processing In this clause:

  • Details of Data Processing (a) Subject matter: The subject matter of the data processing under this DPA is the Customer Data.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount of 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS1 and DS-3 Access Service.

  • REMOTE ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM The Custodian and each Fund agree to be bound by the terms of the Remote Access Services Addendum hereto.

  • LOAN SERVICES ADDENDUM If a Fund directs the Custodian in writing to perform loan services, the Custodian and the Fund will be bound by the terms of the Loan Services Addendum attached hereto. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).
