Timeline and Milestones. The ESCO will initiate the scope of work immediately upon acceptance of this proposal. Formal progress review meetings will be conducted regularly throughout the IGA phase. During these review meetings, ESCO will recommend measures based on preliminary analysis, while the City will provide final direction regarding recommended measures. The goal of these review meetings is to focus engineering efforts, budgeting, and savings assessment on those measures that possess a high probability for implementation. The following are key milestones:  Authorize Investment Grade Audit (IGA).  Schedule kick-off meeting with all stakeholders.  ESCO to deliver preliminary list of potential energy conservation/facility improvement measures.  Direction from City on preliminary list of energy conservation measures.  ESCO to deliver Investment Grade Audit (IGA).  Direction from the City based on IGA.  ESCO to deliver Energy Services Proposal (ESP).  Implementation agreement authorized and work started.
