Time Off in Lieu. Overtime, work on a day off, or on a designated holiday, stand- by as per clause 16.13.5 and the meal displacement as per clause 17.5, shall be compensated in cash except that upon request of an employee, equivalent leave with pay shall be granted at times mutually agreeable to both the employee and the Employer.
