Time of submission. The original copies of DD/BC/BG towards Tender Fee and EMD shall be submitted in a sealed envelope in the office as stated above within the date and time as specified in the NIT. If the bidder fails to submit the original copies within the due date and time his tender will not be opened and his bid will stand rejected.
Time of submission. Contractor shall prepare and present to Owner and the Independent Consultant, for their approval and for payment, a monthly application for payment (the "Application for Payment") for the Cost of the Work incurred by Contractor for the previous thirty (30) days, which shall be given under oath of the person executing the Application of Payment. Applications for payment shall be submitted on the last day of each calendar month and shall apply to the thirty (30) day period ending on the twenty-fifth (25th) day of such calendar month.

  • Use of sub-processors (a) The data importer has the data exporter’s general authorisation for the engagement of sub-processor(s) from an agreed list. The data importer shall specifically inform the data exporter in writing of any intended changes to that list through the addition or replacement of sub-processors at least thirty (30) days in advance, thereby giving the data exporter sufficient time to be able to object to such changes prior to the engagement of the sub-processor(s). The data importer shall provide the data exporter with the information necessary to enable the data exporter to exercise its right to object.
