TIME FOR PERFORMANCE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Developer and Architect may agree upon a time schedule and deadline for completion of any Additional Services when the Additional Services are requested by Developer, and if they agree on a schedule and deadline, shall incorporate such into an Architect Additional Service Request.   • Time for Performance 1.1. The term of this SOW Agreement shall begin on and end on (the “Initial Term”). The Initial Term may be extended as the parties may agree. The State may terminate this SOW for convenience upon thirty days prior written notice to the Contractor. If the Master Agreement should expire or otherwise terminate prior to the end of the term of this SOW Agreement, this SOW Agreement shall continue to the end of its existing term, unless or until terminated in accordance with the terms of this SOW Agreement, and the Parties acknowledge and agree that the terms of the Master Agreement shall survive and apply to this SOW Agreement.

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work as defined in Section 6.1.1 plus the Construction Manager’s Fee.
