Tiers E and F. For Television Motion Picture Productions, Anthologies, Made for Television Movies, Mini-Series, Series, Pilots, spinoffs, and Television Drama Specials, the minimum rate shall be two percent (2%) of the total Budget plus an additional one percent (1%) mandatory rights acquisition fee which shall include all uses now or hereafter known for the Production in perpetuity. In no case shall the rate be higher than one dollar ($1.00) less than the rates in tier D.   • Data Export and Deletion 5.1. Export and Retrieval by Customer During the Subscription Term and subject to the Agreement, Customer can access its Personal Data at any time.   • FINAL COMPLETION AND FINAL PAYMENT 9.9.1 Upon receipt of written notice that the Work is ready for final inspection and acceptance and upon receipt of a final Application for Payment, the Architect will promptly make such inspection and, when he or she finds the Work acceptable under the Contract Documents and the Contract fully performed, he or she will promptly issue a final Certificate for Payment stating that to the best of his / her knowledge, information and belief, and on the basis of his or her observations and inspections, the Work has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents and that the entire balance found to be due the Contractor, and noted in said final Certificate, is due and payable. The Architect's final Certificate for Payment will constitute a further representation that the Contractor has fulfilled the conditions entitling him or her to final payment as set forth in Subparagraph 9.9.2 of these General Conditions.

  • RETURN AND DELETION OF CUSTOMER DATA The Braze Services allow import, export, and deletion of Customer Data by authorized users at all times during the term of a customer’s subscription. Following termination or expiration of the Braze Services, Braze shall securely overwrite or delete Customer Data within 60 days following any such termination, in accordance with the Agreement, applicable laws and the Documentation.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.

  • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT Final payment may be requested by the Contractor upon completion and acceptance, by the Town, of all work as set forth in the Contract Documents. The total amount of final payment shall consist of the Contract Price, as adjusted in accordance with approved change orders, if applicable, less all previous payments to the Contractor.

  • PROJECT MILESTONES, REPORTING AND PAYMENTS 15. The milestones for the projects, their relationship to the outputs, expected completion dates, relevant reporting dates and expected payments to be made are set out in bilateral schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will make payments subject to the performance reports demonstrating the relevant milestone has been met.
