The Southwest Corner of Xxxxxx and Seminary. A redevelopment of the Lot E surface parking lot at the southwest corner of Xxxxxx Avenue and Seminary Avenue is planned to provide either an academic or residential building with a maximum floor area of 31,050 square feet and a maximum height of 45 feet to the parapets at building edge, with additional height for mechanical penthouse not to exceed 12 feet. Existing residential setbacks along Xxxxxx and Seminary Avenues will be respected. Planning for this facility is in its early stages. As the University develops plans for this facility, those plans would be subject to the same kind of intense review and discussion that were devoted (i) to negotiating this Agreement; (ii) to drafting the 1989 Master Plan; and (iii) developing the changes to the University’s 2009-2019 Master Plan where they are reflected in this Agreement. The University will regularly update the Neighborhood Advisory Committee on the status of planning for this site.

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties.   • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.
