The School’s Responsibilities. 18.1 The School is responsible for providing education and care for your child as set out in this Agreement and the documents referred to within. The School undertakes to exercise reasonable skill and care in respect of your child’s education and welfare during school hours, at other times when your child is permitted to be on the School’s premises, or when your child is participating in activities organised by the School.
