The Reporting. Accountants shall act as experts and not as arbitrators and their determination of any matter falling within their jurisdiction shall be final and binding on the parties save in the event of manifest error (when the relevant part of their determination shall be void and the matter shall be remitted to the Reporting Accountants for correction). In particular, without limitation:
The Reporting. JCS shall submit financial and program reports to SCUS as described in the REPORTING TOOLKIT accompanying this MOA (See Appendix 1).
The Reporting. Accountant shall be a registered accountant of a reputable firm and neither he nor his firm may have or have had any connections with Xxxxx or Nutreco. If Nutreco and Xxxxx fail to reach agreement on the appointment of the Reporting Accountant within 40 (forty) Business Days after the giving of the relevant Option Notice, the chairman of the Royal Netherlands Institute for Chartered Accountants (“NIVRA”) shall nominate the independent accountant. Nutreco and Xxxxx shall ask the chairman to take into account the criteria set out in the first sentence of this paragraph. The Reporting Accountant shall act as expert and not as arbitrator and his determination shall be final and binding.
The Reporting. Subsidiary Senior Notes Tender Offer and other actions taken in connection therewith shall be conducted in accordance with the terms of the Reporting Subsidiary Indenture and all applicable rules and regulations of the SEC and other applicable Laws.

  • Other Reporting Upon request, the School shall provide the Commission any other information determined by the Commission to be relevant to any term or condition of this Contract.

  • Sales Reporting Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies that Vendor will properly report all TIPS sales. With the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.

  • Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).

  • Other Reporting Requirements The Contractor shall report to the City, on a monthly basis, all information reasonably requested by the City that is necessary for the City to comply with any reporting requirements imposed by Law, including any requirement that the City maintain a publicly accessible database.
