The Professional Client’s responsibilities. The Professional Client must: • give instructions (and to continue to give instructions) that allow Counsel to do their work properly; • not ask Counsel to work in an improper or unreasonable way; • not deliberately mislead Counsel; • cooperate with Counsel; • not unreasonably reject Counsel’s advice; and • where it is accepted, take all reasonable steps to ensure that Counsel’s advice is put into effect; and • Not do anything that might impair Counsel’s ability to be paid.

  • Client’s Responsibilities In addition to other responsibilities herein or imposed by law, the Client shall:
