The Keys. The keys are given to the Renter and the Renter is solely responsible for the keys and is to keep them in his/her possession at all times. The keys are not to be given to anyone else. • The keys can be picked up 2 hours prior to your scheduled event time for decorating and set up. • The keys must be turned in within 24 hours of the end of the event. (Example: If you schedule your event to end at 8:00 PM, you must return the keys to the FWHOA representative prior to 8:00 PM the following day.) • It is the Renter’s responsibility to contact the FWHOA representative and make arrangements ahead of time to pick up and return the keys.
The Keys. The Lessee must handle and store the keys assigned to him or her with great care. If any of keys are lost, the Lessee shall inform Lahden Talot’s customer service by email at xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx or by phone on +000 0 000 000. The Lessee does not have the right to make copies of the keys. If a key is lost, the Lessee is liable for any consequent damage. The Lessee shall return all the keys assigned to him or her on the day the lease expires to a location specified by the Lessor. The keys returned to the Lessor must be the original ones. A locksmith inspects the keys upon receipt.

  • Time Keeping A Contractor may utilize brassing or other systems to check employees in and out. Each employee must check in and out. The Contractor will provide adequate facilities for checking in and out in an expeditious manner.

  • Employee Information Required to be Reported by Certain Consultant Contractors and Service Contractors Chapter 10 of the Laws of 2006 amended the Civil Service Law and the State Finance Law, relative to maintaining certain information concerning Contract Employees working under State Agency service and consulting Contracts.   • Service Hours The services shall be provided during the working hours and days as defined by the Contractor.

  • Use of Customer Statements The Contractor shall not use any statement attributable to the Customer or its employees for the Contractor’s promotions, press releases, publicity releases, marketing, corporate communications, or other similar communications, without first notifying the Customer’s Contract Manager and securing the Customer’s prior written consent.

  • Inspection of Services Subcontractor shall make the Services accessible at all reasonable times for inspection by the Contractor. Subcontractor shall, at the first opportunity, inspect all material and equipment delivered to the job site by others to be used or incorporated in the Subcontractor’s Services and give prompt notice of any defect therein. Subcontractor assumes full responsibility to protect the work done hereunder until final acceptance by the Contractor or any authorized third (3rd) party.

  • Service Jointly Provisioned with an Independent Company or Competitive Local Exchange Company Areas 4.5.1 BellSouth will in some instances provision resold services in accordance with the General Subscriber Services Tariff and Private Line Tariffs jointly with an Independent Company or other Competitive Local Exchange Carrier.

  • Use of Services and Content 3.1 Sage Services are only available to bona fide end-users with a requirement for services of the nature of those that we provide. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement without further liability to you where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your use of the Sage Services is for competitive purposes (including competitive monitoring, assessment or otherwise).
