The Dean definition

The Dean means the Dean of the Law School or the Dean's designee, who may be the Honor Board Advisor.
The Dean means the Dean appointed by the Council to superintend the discipline of members of the College in statu pupillari, or a deputy appointed in accordance with Statute XI(2) during his or her absence, or a deputy appointed to deal with a particular case under paragraph (b)(iii) below.
