Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager. Program Management 1.1.01 Implement and operate an Immunization Program as a Responsible Entity
Medicaid Program Contractors Inspection of Records: Any contracts accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid program must fulfill state and federal legal requirements to enable the Agency of Human Services (AHS), the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Government Accounting Office (GAO) to: Evaluate through inspection or other means the quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of services performed; and Inspect and audit any financial records of such Contractor or subcontractor.
Subcontractors of Contractor These terms shall also apply to Subcontractors of County Contractors.
SERVICES BY CONTRACTOR'S OWN STAFF 8.1. The services to be performed hereunder shall be performed by CONTRACTOR's own staff, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the OWNER. The employment of, contract with, or use of the services of any other person or firm by CONTRACTOR, as independent contractor or otherwise, shall be subject to the prior written approval of the OWNER. No provision of this Agreement shall, however, be construed as constituting an agreement between the OWNER and any such other person or firm. Nor shall anything contained herein be deemed to give any such party or any third party any claim or right of action against the OWNER beyond such as may otherwise exist without regard to this Agreement.
CONTRACTOR's Agents and Subcontractors To impose the same restrictions and conditions set forth in this Personal Information and Security Contract on any subcontractors or other agents with whom CONTRACTOR subcontracts any activities under the Agreement that involve the disclosure of DHCS PI or PII to such subcontractors or other agents.
Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.
