THE BILL. The bill will equal the sum of the charges for all services selected plus the rates multiplied by the applicable gas quantities delivered or withdrawn for each service chosen plus all applicable taxes. If the customer transports its own gas, the Gas Supply Charge under Sales Service will not apply. If the customer selects Union’s Sales Service which includes the Gas Supply Charge, no additional charges for Transportation and Storage Services will apply. THE BILL. The bill for gas supply and/or short term supplemental services under this rate shall be rendered in conjunction with the billing for delivery and other services under the customer’s applicable rate for such services.

  • Monthly Billing Statements The Engineer shall request reimbursement of costs incurred by submitting the original and one copy of an itemized billing statement in a form acceptable to the State. The Engineer is authorized to submit requests for reimbursement no more frequently than monthly and no later than ninety (90) days after costs are incurred.

  • BILLING STATEMENTS Attorney will send Client periodic statements for fees and costs incurred. Each statement will be payable within days of its mailing date. Client may request a statement at intervals of no less than 30 days. If Clients requests, Attorney will provide one within 10 days. The statements shall include the amount, rate, basis of calculation or other method of determination of the fees and costs, which costs will be clearly identified by item and amount.

  • Timesheets 5.1. At the end of each week of an Assignment (or at the end of the Assignment where it is for a period of 1 week or less or is completed before the end of a week) the Agency Worker shall deliver to the Employment Business a timesheet duly completed to indicate the number of hours worked during the preceding week (or such lesser period) and signed by an authorised representative of the Hirer.
