Periodic Risk Assessment. Provider further acknowledges and agrees to conduct periodic risk assessments and remediate any identified security and privacy vulnerabilities in a timely manner.

Upon request, SLP Toolkit will provide the Organization with executive summaries of the above risk assessments and will promptly modify its security measures as needed based on those results in order to meet its obligations under this DSPA.
