Text Messages and Notifications. You and your financial institution are solely responsible for the content transmitted through text messages sent between you and your financial institution. You must provide source indication in any text messages you send (e.g., mobile telephone number, "From" field in a text message, etc.) You hereby consent to the receipt of text messages and other notifications (including 'in-app' or 'push' notifications from American Bank or Provider in connection with the Services or your business relationship with American Bank provided that you may opt-out of text messages by replying STOP or as otherwise advised. Text messaging fees may apply and be assessed by your wireless carrier. You are responsible for any such text message fees.

Text Messages and Notifications. If you provided a cell phone number at time of booking, you may receive text messages and notifications. CHECK-IN: Arrival information will be emailed prior to the arrival date. Check-in is 5:00 PM unless an early check- in time has been approved in advance of arrival. There may be a $150 charge for early arrival. In some situations, check-in time may be extended for cleaning and maintenance. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is 10:00 AM on the date of departure. Xxxxxx is responsible for leaving the Property in a like-arrival condition upon departure. Please secure all windows and exterior doors and refer to the Guest Information Guide for check-out procedures. Do not make unused beds or launder linens and towels. DAMAGE AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Damages occurring during the occupancy are Renter’s responsibility and must be reported to HVR immediately. There is a $100 charge for keys or garage remotes that are not returned. RIGHT OF ENTRY: Access for the repair or replacement of fixtures, appliances, furnishings, and equipment may be scheduled during the rental period. If the Property is for sale, the owner may request to have the Property shown by a Realtor to prospective purchasers, with 24 hours advance notice to Renter.
