Terms/Renewal. This Agreement shall be effective for a term of 24 months, commencing from the Provisioning Date. At the expiration of this term, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive one year terms, unless the Agreement has been abandoned or terminated in writing at least 30 days prior to such automatic renewal. Any such extension or renewal shall be upon the same terms and conditions as provided in this Agreement. Notices between the parties shall be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule C, attached hereto and incorporated fully by reference herein.

Terms/Renewal. If you have a fixed term agreement with us and it is approaching the expiration date or whenever we propose to change our terms of service in any type of agreement, you will receive written notification from us in each of our last three bills for supply charges or in corresponding separate mailings that precede either the expiration date or the effective date of the proposed changes. We will explain your options to you in these three advance notices.

  • AGREEMENT RENEWAL This Agreement shall not bind nor purport to bind the AZDOHS for any contractual commitment in excess of the original Agreement period.
