Default Events and Termination 18.1 Each of the following circumstances shall constitute a General Default:
H3 Termination on Notice H3.1 The Authority shall have the right to terminate the Contract at any time by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor.
Termination on Audit The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving notice in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice in the circumstances set out in Clause 17.9 (Records and Audit Access).
Termination on Notice The Province may terminate the Agreement at any time without liability, penalty, or costs upon giving at least 30 days’ Notice to the Recipient.
H2 Termination on Default H2.1 The Authority may terminate the Contract by written notice in accordance with clause A5.2 (Notices) to the Contractor with immediate effect if the Contractor commits a Default and if:
Termination for failure to pay If Company fails to make any payment due hereunder, Hospital shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon [* * *] business days written notice, unless Company makes such payments plus any interest due, as set forth in Section 4.7, within said [* * *] day notice period. If payments are not made, Hospital may immediately terminate this Agreement at the end of said [* * *] day period. Company shall be entitled to only [* * *] such cure periods in a calendar year; for a [* * *] failure to make payment on time, Hospital shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice.
Payment of Annual Leave on Termination On the termination of their employment, an employee will be paid their untaken or pro-rata annual leave.
Contract Renegotiation, Suspension, or Termination Due to Change in Funding If the funds DSHS relied upon to establish this Contract or Program Agreement are withdrawn, reduced or limited, or if additional or modified conditions are placed on such funding, after the effective date of this contract but prior to the normal completion of this Contract or Program Agreement:
Entitlements Upon Return to Work (a) An employee who returns to work after the expiration of maternity, parental or pre-adoption leaves shall retain the seniority the employee had accumulated prior to commencing the leave and shall be credited with seniority for the period of time covered by the leave.
Compensation on Termination (a) If this Project Agreement is terminated pursuant to Sections 34.3(a), 35.2(a)(ii), 36.1, 36.2 or 36.3, then:
