Termination of Year Round School. If MCOE or a district adopts and implements a year round education program and then later decides to eliminate part or all of such program, it shall give reasonable prior notice to the Association so that MCOE and the Association can explore possible solutions to the problems that some unit members may have with the change in the schedule/or payroll.
