Termination of Original Agreement. Each Party agrees that the Original Agreement is hereby terminated as of the Effective Date and shall be of no further force or effect and, for the avoidance of doubt, no provisions of the Original Agreement survive such termination.
Termination of Original Agreement. The Original Agreement is hereby terminated and shall have no further force or effect.
Termination of Original Agreement. Pursuant to the Mutual Termination Agreement set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto, the Original Agreement shall be terminated as of the Effective Date. Thereafter, on the Effective Date, Executive and the Bank hereby agree that the Original Agreement shall be terminated without any further action of any of the parties thereto. Termination of Original Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that: (i) the Original Agreement is hereby terminated as of the Restated Effective Date and (ii) except as provided herein, all rights, obligations and licenses provided for under the Original Agreement shall terminate and shall be of no further force or effect on and after the Restated Effective Date. Termination of Original Agreement. Upon the completion of the Roadway, the Original Agreement shall terminate and the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall govern the use, maintenance and repair of the Roadway.
Termination of Original Agreement. This Agreement replaces the Original Agreement and the Original Agreement is terminated.
Termination of Original Agreement. As of the Effective Date hereof, this Agreement shall supersede and any and all agreements between the Employee and the Company relating to employment of the Employee and neither Party shall have any continuing duties, payment obligations or other obligations under any prior agreement.
