TERMINATION OF MASTER CONTRACT AND/OR INDIVIDUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT. This Master Contract may be terminated with or without cause by either the CONTRACTOR or LEA. To terminate the Master Contract either party shall give twenty (20) calendar days prior written notice (California Education Code Section 56366(a)(4)). At the time of termination, CONTRACTOR shall provide to LEA any and all documents CONTRACTOR is required to maintain under this Master Contract. ISAs are void upon termination of this Master Contract, as provided in Section 5 or 6. CONTRACTOR or LEA may terminate an ISA for cause. To terminate the ISA, either party shall give twenty (20) calendar days prior written notice (refer to Section 7). In the event of the closure of a non-public school or agency, the LEA will be given as much notice as is reasonably possible.
