Termination of Duty Disability Benefits. Duty disability benefits shall terminate upon the earlier of: · the date the employee returns to full duty and is taken off of duty disability; · the date the employee is placed on restricted duty and is paid the amount equal to the employee's regular pay; · the date the employee retires or attains the age of 62; · the date the employee reaches two (2) years of absence from work due to duty disability; or the date the employee is granted a duty disability retirement.
