Termination for Conflict of Interest. The Department may terminate this Contract under Section 23.1 by Notice to Contractor if the Department determines, after due notice and examination, that Contractor or any of its agents, Subcontractors, or affiliates has violated any laws or regulations regarding ethics in public acquisitions and procurement and performance of contracts.
