Common use of Term; Scope Clause in Contracts

Term; Scope. The Agreement will: come into force on the Commencement Date; and apply in relation to the Services supplied by the Supplier to the Client under the Agreement on or after the Commencement Date; and remain in force until the Expiration Date subject to any provision of the Agreement that expressly or by implication is intended to come into or continue in force on or after termination or expiry of the Agreement remaining in full force and effect. No relationship of agency, joint venture or partnership will be created or will be deemed to exist between the Parties by virtue of the execution or performance of the Agreement. Unless the Agreement expressly provides otherwise, neither Party will have authority to bind the other Party without the other Party’s written consent.
