Common use of Term; Scope Clause in Contracts

Term; Scope. Subject to the provisions hereof, this Agreement shall have an initial term (such term, as extended or renewed in accordance with the provisions hereof, being called the "Term") commencing on the date hereof (the "Commencement Date") and ending on the later of (i) the last day of the two hundred and fortieths (240th) calendar month next following the date hereof or (ii) the maturity date, repayment or prepayment of the applicable Loan Documents ( (the "Expiration Date"); provided however, the parties shall have the right upon mutual agreement to terminate this Agreement with respect to any individual Property no longer subject to the Loan Documents (for instance due to a significant casualty or condemnation of such Property).
