Term of Escrow Agreement. The Escrow Agent shall hold the Incumbent Escrow Deposit until Commissioning and upon Commissioning any remaining funds, together with interest that has accrued and been paid thereon, shall be paid by the Escrow Agent to Incumbent or its designee.
Term of Escrow Agreement. This Escrow Agreement shall terminate upon the distribution by the Escrow Agent of all Escrow Funds held in the Escrow Account.
