TEMPORARY HEADQUARTERS Clause Samples

The Temporary Headquarters clause establishes the terms under which a party may use a provisional or interim location as its main place of business operations. Typically, this clause outlines the duration, conditions, and responsibilities related to occupying a temporary site, such as who provides the space, what facilities are included, and any limitations on use. Its core function is to ensure business continuity during periods when the permanent headquarters are unavailable, such as during renovations, relocations, or emergencies, thereby minimizing operational disruptions.
