Common use of Temporary Gate Permits Clause in Contracts

Temporary Gate Permits.  The Contractor provides the Employer with the personal details of their staff at least two weeks prior to the contract start date. All names and details to be submitted to the Employer who arranges for all gate permits.  If an employee is no longer in the employ of the Contractor, the Contractor shall notify the Employer in advance, and replacements communicated to the Employer as well, whereby they will have to attend induction as well.  The Contractor ensures that all equipment and materials brought through the security gate is signed in at the main security gate on the approved Eskom security form.
