Electrical Supplies. Tenant shall supply, maintain, and replace all lamps, bulbs, starters and ballasts for all light fixtures in the Premises.

Electrical Supplies. Where 220V electrical supply is needed, the contractor will install a suitable 3 core cable to supply the newly installed equipment. Where cable is not running on cable racks, it will be installed in Bosal conduit. Where cable needs to be installed underground, armoured cable will be used Where a COC is needed, the contractor will supply a COC for the new installation.

Landlord acknowledges that upon installation of the three lamp fixtures as set forth in Section 10.2, said fixtures shall be considered Building standard fixtures for which Landlord shall be required to supply initial and replacement bulbs and/or ballasts. As used herein, Building standard lights fixtures shall include any ceiling mounted recessed light fixture and emergency exit signs.
Electrical Supplies. Lessor shall supply, maintain, and replace all lamps, bulbs, starters and ballasts for all light fixtures in the common areas ofthe Building and all lamps, bulbs, starters and ballasts for the Building standard ceiling light fixtures in the Premises.

Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Plant The expression ‘Plant’ as used in the tender papers shall mean every temporary accessory necessary or considered necessary by the Engineer to execute, construct, complete and maintain the work and all altered, modified, substituted and additional works ordered in the time and the manner herein provided and all temporary materials and special and other articles and appliance of every sort kind and description whatsoever intended or used therefore.
