Teacher of Record. a. Each teacher shall have the opportunity to review the students for whom they are identified as teacher of record and the attendance of students , as it relates to the SGM rating, prior to the district verifying the teacher’s data and SGM rating in order to ensure accuracy in reporting. If the teacher believes either the teacher of record designation or the underlying student information is inaccurate, s/he shall notify the superintendent or his/her designee no later than April 15.
