TASK ORDER OPTION PERIODS. Options on Task Orders may be exercised beyond the end of the IDIQ ordering period. In accordance with FAR 52.216-22, the Contract shall govern the Contractor's and Government's rights and obligations with respect to any order issued during the effective period of this Contract, including option periods that may be exercised after the Contract's ordering period has expired.

TASK ORDER OPTION PERIODS d) Option periods on task orders may be exercised beyond the end of the ID/IQ ordering period if the option period was included and evaluated at initial issuance of the task order. No task orders including the option periods may extend more than one year after the expiration of the basic contract.
