Suspension or Revocation of Access. In the event Participant or DCPCA reasonably believes that any Authorized User’s access rights should be suspended or revoked or has knowledge that any Authorized User has violated this Agreement (including, without limitation, the CPC-HIE Policies) or the Terms of Use Agreement, Participant or DCPCA shall promptly inform the other Party. DCPCA reserves the right to disable or restrict any Authorized User’s access to the CPC-HIE System where such Authorized User does not comply with the terms of this Agreement (including, without limitation, the CPC-HIE Policies) or the Terms of Use Agreement. In addition, where such Authorized User is an employee, contract employee, independent contractor, officer, director of Participant, DCPCA shall disable the Authorized User’s user ID and password at Participant’s request. Participant shall notify DCPCA promptly when an individual no longer is permitted to access the CPC-HIE System.

Suspension or Revocation of Access. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Cohere retains the right, at Cohere’s sole discretion, to suspend or revoke Customer’s access to the Cohere API, at any time and for any reason, including for: (A) violation of the terms of this Agreement or any other responsible use guidelines Cohere provides to Customer or are posted on the Website; (B) Customer’s use of the Cohere API contrary to the related documentation; (C) for scheduled maintenance; or (D) to address any emergency security concerns.

  • Suspension of Access Ricoh reserves the right to suspend or terminate authorizations, or to suspend or block access to all or any part of the Site or Services as provided in paragraph 10 hereof.

This can, if specified within the Authorized User Agreement, be carried out by providing an application programmable interface or other such efficient electronic tools. The Contractor must certify that all Data has been removed from its system and removed from backups within timeframes established in the Authorized User Agreement or as agreed to with the Authorized User. Suspension of Services During any period of suspension of service, the Authorized User shall have full access to all Data at no charge. This can, if specified within the Authorized User Agreement, be carried out by providing an application programmable interface or other such efficient electronic tools. The Contractor shall not take any action to erase and/or withhold any Authorized User Data, except as directed by the Authorized User. Expiration or Termination of Services Upon expiration or termination of an Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized User shall have full access to all Data for a period of 60 calendar days. Unless noted in the original Authorized User Agreement, this period will be covered at no charge. This can, if specified within the Authorized User Agreement, be carried out by providing application programmable interface or other such efficient electronic tools. During this period, the Contractor shall not take any action to erase and/or withhold any Data, except as directed by the Authorized User. An Authorized User shall have the right to specify a period in excess of 60 calendar days in its RFQ. RESERVED RESERVED

  • Suspension or Dismissal where a dispute involving the suspension or dismissal of an employee occurs, it shall be submitted at Step 1 of this Article within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date the employee received written notice of such suspension or dismissal.
